Destination Canada will host its Annual Public Meeting (APM) virtually on Thursday, December 9, 2021. 

While 2021 has continued to present the tourism industry with obstacles and setbacks, the easing of border restrictions and new vaccine mandates have led to  positive progress for Canada’s visitor economy. Destination Canada is committed to collaborating with partners to foster a sustainable and resilient tourism industry.

Join us at this year’s APM to hear about the impacts of the past year, and our vision for a more competitive sector to rebuild the tourism industry, both domestically and internationally.

The Annual Public Meeting (APM) will reflect back on the challenges and learnings of the past 22 months. Members of the Destination Canada team will share their forward-looking strategy, which focuses on the best opportunities to support the recovery and resilience of the tourism sector. The APM will conclude with a Question and Answer session.
